For those of you who are Mary Kay consultants, any tips/suggestions how to start out successfully on your Mary Kay business?
I'm nervous + have fears that I will fail in starting my business. Not to mention I don't have enough money to even start out my business.

I know several Avon reps. but none of them make enough money to live on. They all tell you it can be done and there are women making six figure incomes. But I have yet to meet one. All the Avon reps. I know make their living at other jobs.

I am thinking of selling Xango and wonder if anyone has had direct experience with selling products. Is it easy to sell? How long did it take to build a network of people? What is the most money did you make? How long did it take for you to make this kind of money? What are the downsides? I appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

I am currently working on this home based business system called Global Domains International, which I’m sure many of you have heard of. It says it is easy to gain leads and get people to sign up to your site, but it’s not haha. The program I signed up for let’s you make 0 dollars for every 5 people that I sign up. Now my question is, what if I personally create 5 accounts and pay dollars while collecting the 0. And over all making an extra . Do you think this is illegal in any sort of way? Will I get caught? etc. please, help I am in desperate need of money……

Has anyone worked with World Financial Group before?

My friend just started selling Herbalife and she changed drastically. She's like a marketing monster now. All she talks about all the time is Herbalife and how absolutely miraculous it is. Is this a commong occurrence for most people who sell Herbalife? Do they all turn into monsters?

They sell CLINIQUE at Sephora and all the best make up/skincare is there. Nuskin is not there.

I'm seriously looking into becoming a sales consultant for Discovery Toys. I love their products and it seems as though it would fit perfectly in my life as a mother to 8 month old twins. I was just wanting to hear any feedback and/or advice from others that have experience either selling Discovery Toys, buying/using Discovery Toys. I'm really just looking for any information on the company and products. If you sold them or worked from the company was it an enjoyable experience? Were you able to earn a good income? Amway is mainly based on new membership subscription, and although they claim to eliminate middle men, they charge lot of commission on sale of their products. Internet market affiliates more or less do the same thing, or that is what I feel, can someone tell me the real difference ?

I just purchased several specialty pieces of Tupperware from an auction. I know that one is a deviled egg dish, but can't figure what the others are. Does anyone know where I can find a site that lets me look up certain pieces to see what they are? Or do you know what they might be?

One is oval and about 3" deep with an inside piece that has holes like a colander and the other is almost the same, but is about a square round, 5" high with the holey thing in it.

I am a beauty consultant with Mary Kay…I do hear a lot of flack about MK being expensive, etc. Mary Kay has been the #1 brand for 13 consecutive years even over the higher priced brands. My question is, Do you really try it and think it is too expensive, or you just take other peoples word for it? I thought it was expensive until I tried it…it really lasts a long time and it is much cheaper than mall brands, like estee lauder, etc…What is your opinion?
I really hate that some of you had bad experiences with the company..I was not lured into this and my director is a big help. Is it a bunch of brainwashed greedy salesmen…or a fantastic financial services source? They target middle income families and many don't have that much money to begin with and it would be wrong to sell them something they can't afford.
