I heard of a 3 day cleanse. You eat only fruit, veggies, and liquids, like water, 100% juice, and maybe some vitamin water of sorts. You are also suppose to do an extra hour of exercise, I was thinking yoga. Do you know if this works?
Juice Plus Archives
Includes all the general ingredients, plus lime juice & chopped avacado.
And if so, are you taking it and how has it helped you? It seems like it would be really good from all the reading ive done of it but i want to hear from someone who has actually taken it.
Thanks!
I currently have on hand Amaretto, Bailey’s, Kahlua, Vodka, various types of micro beer, plus milk/orange juice. Please give me some suggestions on making something tasty out of these that will get me drunk. I will try your suggestions, and best answer will be the one that’s the best, not necessarily uses the most ingredients. Thanks for your suggestions!
Thanks for the responses. As soon as I get some free time this weekend I’ll get back with best answer ![]()

just star the question in there if you dislike twilight.
I think the juice was Fruit Plus or something, if it’s wrong then i’ll update my question once the commerial comes on again.
I’m not very good at picking out lyrics, but i think they were along the lines of:
"It’s so dark that I can’t see the light, well I close my eyes and I think of you, yeah I can see the light when I think of you"
Thanks!
I was eating some green grapes earlier on my bed and dropped a little piece of one and she licked some of the juice… Will she be fine? /: She just barely licked it, plus she might’ve got a few scrapes of it with her tongue before I picked it up.. Is she fine? She’s laying down right now on her blanket watching me. I know grapes are toxic and can cause kidney problems, but because she just had a little of the juice, inside[plus she licked the outside skin] will she be fine? Also, she’s going to the vet Monday.
Also, I forget exactly how old she is, but if I remember right it’s around… maybe three months..
For the past 3 years, it seemed I was always sick. I got the flu every year (3 times one year) and always had a cold.
Now I drink about 4 glasses of fruit juice a day. Plus I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. This year I did not get the flu or a cold. A couple of times I had a sore throat but it would just go away. I am thinking that the fruit juice is the reason for the improvement. I drink the 100% juice combinations from V8 and Dole.
What a difference? Am I on to something?
1 Will using the pulp from the juiced produce into a veggie broth ruin my juice fast?
2 how about adding organic v8 or tomato juice to my nastier tasting juice combo to increase the taste?
Will using either of these cooked or processed (heated) products affect any of the positive benefits from a juice fast.
I am trying to go on a 45 day juice fast.
I know Dr Schulze who used fasting as one of the things to heal people did allow the use of herb teas and potassium broth made from boiling certain veggies, straining and consuming the broth during a juice fast and am wondering the answer to my 2 questions.
I know raw foods/juices heal and I am still taking in a lot of those but hate to waste the pulp and freezer will be too jammed if I save all the pulp for several weeks. this way I could use it plus broths seem a little more substantial than juicing when one is fasting helping sometimes.
Keep in mind I will be doing at least 50% or more raw juices when I minus the tomato juice and broths.
Plus I have a lot of tomato juice/v8 on hand from buying before and I can’t afford to drink the large quantities he recommends (a gallon of fluids a day) just by juicing as it takes so much produce to just get a little juice.
NOTE-I will be straining the broth through a cloth so it contains no solids or pulp FYI
So will this hurt the program (please stick to the questions and refrain from giving opinions if you think juice fasting is bad if you can as I really want these two questions answered
.what about adding a little miso to the broth to add a bit of protein/flavor also..will that hurt the results of the fast
to clarify
I do not need adding the pulp to anything I consume but taking the pulp leftover after I juice and adding water and cooking and then straining it thoroughly and consuming only the broth and throwing the pulp away…I did not word that very clearly. I know adding pulp to the juices on a juice fast takes away from healing and repair..I just did not want to waste the pulp for 45 days and my freezer won;t hold all that
i just wanna know. plus that just happened to me…

edit–I am not doing any pulp and all is strained through a cloth before consuming but my question is still unanswered
thanks for checking back and editing. I am also doing herbal colon and other cleansing of the organs.
I was worried using the clear broth from the veggies or the processed v8 or tomato juice in addition to the raw produce juices would hurt but it seems you feel it will not..good day 5 going well
My daughter was born November 24, 2008. She is drinking 7oz of formula 3 times a day. She eats 1st baby food about half the plastic container plus 4oz of juice right after she finish eats. Is that normal or should she be eating more formula? She is real fussy most days. She like screams out randomly like she is in pain. I am a first time mom and I am scared I am not feeding her enough.
I cant eat many veggies bc I have IBS and they give me an upset stomach. I try to eat 4 peices of fruit but everyone here LOVES fruit so they dont last long. I need a good quakity vitamin…and plz dont suggest juice plus. Something I can get at walmart, susperstore or GNC

I was looking at the nutrition facts of my tropicana orange juice carton and saw that a glass with 8 fl. oz. of the stuff contains a whopping 22 grams of sugar! Then, I began to wonder, can the nutritional benefits from orange juice be considered when they come along with that much sugar? Is it worth it? What about a straight up orange? I know eating sugar from an orange is better than eating sugar from ice cream, but it’s STILL sugar! Since I HATE bananas, I rely on orange juice to get a lot of my potassium. Plus, orange juice tastes good. :] What should I do?
Continue drinking orange juice? Stop? Drink an alternative juice? Stop eating fruit? Let me know!
P.S: Don’t waste my time by providing a stupid answer.
I know orange juice has some kind of sugar because, well, fruits have sugar in them. But i want to know if it has added sugar because based on the ingredients listed, it just says 100% pasteurized OJ plus some fish/sardine thing (my carton says this becuz of some cancer/health benefit, idk) but it doesn’t state fructose(fruit sugar) or sucros or glucose or some other substance that ends in "ose" which usually indicates sugar.
It seems he is always thirsty. He has about 24 ounces of milk each day (whole milk now) and he has about 4 – 6 ounces of juice a day plus some watrer too. Doesw this seem excessively thirsty to you?
i love tomato juice and v8 plus i take multi vitamins and eat alot of raw nuts , because of this do i really need to eat veggies, i hate veggies
My dad says that taking them properly will help me lose 8 pounds in a month just by taking them.
Why if 100% natural fruit juice has only fruit listed in ingredients, and yet 30 grams of sugar? It’s a question on my homework, i know why, but dont know exact wording on how to explain it.

i’m trying out salt solution water (diluted), tap water and tap water plus apple juice (diluted). each type of water are tested in separate tanks

has anyone experienced an allergic reaction (HIVES) to the TROPICANA NO PULP PREMIUM PLUS HEALTHY KIDS ORANGE JUICE?
what i’ve been drinking lately is propel, i dunno if the name’s the same in all countries but it’s the vitamin water brand of gatorade. it says calorie-free, but it says there’s 10.8 Energy (Kcal) per 300ml serving. and it tastes just a little less sweet than juice drinks. plus it’s clear, so i guess there’s no food coloring here. but is it really better?
i already drink a lot of water. i drink about 12 glasses a day, each about 350ml, which to me is kind of a punishment as i like variety in my drinks.
I drink fresh homemade fruit smoothies on a daily basis and drink homemade veggie juice often. Plus I often cook my own meals from scratch. almost on a daily basis. Since all of the people eat a lot of fast food, cookies, cake, box meals, and other pre-cooked foods, when they see my fruit juice and smoothies they are always like "uggh, what is that fruit? How nasty!!!"
I had a CT scan for repeated abnormal urinary tract cultures on 11-13-2008. The scan showed that I have kidney stones (small) and I have been drinking 2 to 3 qts. of water a day plus cranberry juice. I am reluctant to have another one done unless enough time has lapsed. Does anyone have information on safe intervals between scans.
