Both fruit are from the Tahitian but I am not sure which one is better for you. Or, do they both serve the same purpose? From what I have researched they both seem to cleanse the body, provide body with oxidants, curb appetite, to name a few. Can anyone shed some light on this?

My neighbor has been selling our family Tahitian Noni juice for the past year and it’s very expensive. I’m almost 18 years old, and I have had irregular periods ever since i started having my periods. (around age 13.) I was wondering if there was anything I could do that would help regulate my periods. (other than see a doctor).. It is 100% pure Tahitian and was 39.95$ which I thought was a good price. The site warned about the MLM products too. It does tatse bitter and we do drink it with juice….does it have to be grape? Can it be apple or white grape…that’s my daughters fav juice?
