I am thinking of going into direct sales with home parties and just wanted some opinions on what are your favorite parties and least favorite parties. Demos such as Tastefully Simple, Partylite, Pampered Chef, etc… I hate Longaberger parties because they are just expensive baskets and boring parties! What ones do you like to get invited to?

most plastic storage containers have bluoe lids. I like everything to match and can’t understand why blue is the color of choice by manufacturers. Very few people have blue kitchens. Why in the world wouldn’t they use clear containers and matching clear lids…not only would the containers match any decor and would look nice when opening cabinets to see all clear…but it would make more sense as well becuase once the containers are used and in the fridge, you could see whats in it through a clear lid. Why blue?

Ladies, I heard on the news that women are having stun gun parties. They serve refreshments and then they sell these guns at the party. They also do demonstrations. Move over Botox. This world gets stranger everyday.

I’m making butterscotch suckers that require HEAVY CREAM and a tiny bit of BUTTER.

They are hard candies of course, so i need help.

1) How long will they stay fresh/safe to eat in room temperature in tupperware (will the butter/heavy cream spoil once made into the hard candy???

2) Same question but how long would they last if i kept them in the freezer? thanks!!!!

Can somebody please recommend a way to get stains off my tupperware?

Bolognaise stains. I tried soaking it overnight in bleach. No luck.
It looks so yucky!!
So far I have tried: Bleach, vinegar and water, dish washer tablet dissolved and let stand.

None have worked. At present I am busy trying the baking soda.

After I took the bandaid off the skin around the scratch is really itching. Just wondering if anyone else has had reactions from the bandaid?
