Has anyone here used USANA products? If so are they good?
Hi,
I'm trying to find information on the USANA range of health products. I've been advised they are head and shoulder above the rest.. is this true?? Can anyone give me information about USANA and it's products.

Hi,I examined their site and products.It appears that their vitamins are mostly synthetic.Your body will have a hard time getting any benefit out of them.Your body cannot absorb inorganic minerals,what you should spend your money on is natural whole food vitamins that your body will recognize and use as food.A site you should visit is http://www.dna911.info
Their health products are questionable.Some are synthetic,some are mixed.What you should look for is natural whole food vitamins that your body can use.You cannot fool mother nature.
