How to give AVON discounts to direct delivery customers?
I do most of my AVON selling online at my personal store, but I would like to give some loyal customers a discount. I know how to give them a discount when they select Personal Delivery, but how can I give them a little discount when they order Direct Delivery?
Are there any discount codes for them besides free delivery?

According to my Avon rep., there are no additional codes to give Direct delivery customers an additional discount. The reason is because the order is not through you, but directly through Avon. The only way to give them any type of discount or money back is to send a refund directly. It can not be done through the website.
I think that you can go into your web office on youravon.com website and set up discounts for specific customers. I have seen it, but not used it.
