I am new to working out. Is it bad to drink an energy drink (made of healthy stuff) before a workout?
I have an 8oz can of Mona Vie. Is it bad to drink that before a workout? It is meant to give you more energy, better concentration, more endurance, and increase performance.

it would be ok. But dont depend on energy drinks to boost your workout.
I also workout, and I prefer to take creatine instead.
You should make sure the drink you have before a workout has electrolytes in it. Gatorade is a good example of a good drink to have before a workout.
It depends on what it’s using for energy, sugar or other sweetener, caffeine, or some herb cocktail. I’m not familiar w/ that particular one, but I can say the best thing to drink b4 a workout is water. For energy, I usually eat some dried fruit & a palm full of nuts, or a spoon of peanut butter. That gets my metabolism started for the workout & gives me energy for it.
