Today my parents (and my kids) and I went to a local Farmers Market here in Colorado. There was a stand talking about a product called Juice Plus and all the benefits it offers to adults and children. I looked at their website ( http://www.juiceplus.com?+no39201 ) and read about their products there and from the pamphlets the gentleman gave us. It sounds like a good product, but I want to hear from people who have actually tried it and used it to see what you all think of it. Is it worth the investment? Does it really keep it’s promises?

When it comes to supplements vs. whole food, always choose the whole food. BUT, I find Juice Plus to be a wonderful supplement for children who are younger and don’t yet eat fully balance diets. Many children take awhile to develop a taste for fruits and vegetables, and often refuse to eat them. In those cases, the Juice Plus products are great.
My son uses the veggie Juice Plus supplements. He is 4, and refuses to eat vegetables. It’s a stage he will grow out of (he’s at that age where asseting his independance and control is paramount), so until then, Juice Plus is our supplement of choice.
Hmm pills that are just as good for you as eating real food… I’d suggest you invest in some real food instead.
Of course it sounds like a good product on THEIR website and in THEIR brochures, they wouldn’t sell very much of it if it didn’t. I don’t know if this is a good product or not. I did not see anything listed that would be bad for you but I could not find a list of what is in their product other than general descriptions. No list of actual contents and quantities.
It may turn out to be an overpriced product.
