Pampered Chef?
I am trying to find the recipe for a vegetable pizza that used to be made at Pampered Chef parties about 3 years ago or so. It involved a packaged pizza crust, zucchini, shredded cheese and some other ingredients. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it! THANKS ![]()

oh my I loved that pizza, ok I think you buy the packaged pizza dough roll out, some mushrooms, onions, olives, and a jar pizza sauce, the key to that great pizza was the pizza stone you cooked it on, now you can buy those just about anywhere, try walmart or target and I think pampered chef has a websight too.
I think this is what your looking for: also check out the link I posted. It has every Pampered Chef recipe you could think of!
Cool Veggie Pizza
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dill Mix or dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of a variety of fresh vegetables: zucchini, mushrooms, carrots, green or red peppers, green onions, seeded tomatoes, seeded cucumbers, etc.
1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese, if desired
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spread crescent roll dough onto 13-inch baking stone and pinch seams together (you can probably use a cookie sheet as well). Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed, salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of cooled crust. Coarsely chop or crinkle cut chosen vegetables.
Sprinkle layer of each vegetable over pizza. Top with grated cheese, if desired. Refrigerate before serving.
Yield: 8-10 appetizer servings
I'm sure party_pam had the right recipe for you. I used to sell PC and that is still my favorite recipe!
A suggestion on the recipe… very simple. If you use cucumber as a topping, remove the seeds… but set aside. Mix them in with your cream cheese. It'll make it go on just a tad bit smoother and you won't flake the crust off of the puff pastry so easily.
Enjoy!
