I am thinking of going into direct sales with home parties and just wanted some opinions on what are your favorite parties and least favorite parties. Demos such as Tastefully Simple, Partylite, Pampered Chef, etc… I hate Longaberger parties because they are just expensive baskets and boring parties! What ones do you like to get invited to?

I am looking into some independent sales consulting things and I keep coming up with Mary Kay or Pampered Chef, I also came across Candlebreeze, and something called a passion party….are there any other ones? I am leaning more toward pampered chef since I cook and the others I don’t think I would use and I figure why sell something you would use?

Anyways does anyone know of any other companies like those above?
Thanks!

I would like to bring in some extra income. My town is small and we already have enough of the more popular in home things. Are there any others out there that do not require any start up money? Any advice or answers are greatly appreciated.
I dont guess I am exact enough. I dont mean online jobs, been there done that. I mean the sales types jobs such as pampered chef and avon. Selling products in home and at parties.

I am trying to decide whether to pursue a business with Arbonne. I know it’s about personal choice. I compare it to Tupperware or Creative Memories, pampered Chef…etc. other home-based businesses. I get negative comments about it being a pyramid. The company calls it "networking and business building." Thoughts?

I have a 10 month old and I am trying to find a home based business that will work for me and my family. I have looked up the following companies:

Pampered Chef
Avon
Mary Kay
Princess House
Discovery Toys
Tealightful Treasures
At Home America
Southern Living At Home

Have any of you had any success with these companies? or know of any other companies?

I do have a full time, evening, and weekend, job so my time to actually do parties is limited. I am looking for something I can do more catalog parties and online sales with. Eventually my goal would be to go part time at my current job.

I am great with the computer. Any suggestions would be great.
I’m really looking for something I can do from home (that I would not need to hire a sitter for) while my son is home with me. Again, being able to go out and do work is very difficult. Please help.

Looking for a different kind of home party that is fun (not dirty) but different from Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, or Lia Sophia? Any thoughts? Have to make sure it is locally in the Boston area too!
*Names of companies would be helpful!*

We always hear of direct selling opportunties for women: Tupperware, Mary Kay, Discovery Toys, Pampered Chef, Body Shop at Home, Avon, Longaberger Baskets, jewelry, etc… the list goes on and on. But what types of things are available for men? What "parties" would men attend?

I've got Arbonne, Avon, BeautiControl, Body Wise, Burn Lounge, Close to My Heart, Cookie Lee, Discovery Toys, GBC, Gold Canyon Candles, Herbalife, Home & Garden Party, Jewles by Park Lane, Noah's Ark Workshop, Pampered Chef, Party Lite, Preiere Designs, Princess House, Pure Romance, Shaklee, Southern Living at Home, Stampin Up, Tastefully Simple, Tupperware, Usborne Books, and Warm Spirit.
NOTE::: MARY KAY AND CREATIVE MEMORIES ARE INTENTIONALLY LEFT OFF THE LIST.

IF YOU KNOW OF ANY OTHERS, PLEASE ADD THEM, I am planning a vendor faire on March 10.

I had these at a Mexican themed Pampered Chef party and they were really good. If you have the recipe, I'd love to have it. Thanks!

I am a business student working to complete my Senior Project, a business plan, for an upcoming competition. My simulated company is a startup that sells kids cookware accessories. The products are designed to meet the dexterity
needs of children, to help them develop coordination, and to help them develop cooking skills. In my written plan, I explain that I will approach Pampered Chef to see if they would allow a company Consultant to "test" my products through a cooking demonstration if the products were given away (Consultants would be pain for their time). If customers liked the products, Pampered Chef would then consider adding the products to its line.

I am trying to get real feedback from PC Consultants as to whether or not they would try new kids cookware products at a cooking demonstration if PC gave them permission?

I would greatly appreciate any feedback from Pampered Chef Consultants. Thanks!

If you have a business with Pampered Chef please tell me your honest opinion pros and cons.

I love their products, but I dont love to cook from completly from sratch but I like to cook. I was wondering how much they make. I will be a full time student and thought maybe I should sell pampered chef, so how much do they make?

I am going to use the recipe for Pampered Chef Spritz cookies and would like to color the dough. Is that advisable? Has anyone tried it? I plan to use the cookie press to shape them as well.

A family member of mine is having a Pampered Chef party and I am not sure what to order. I can’t make it to the party, so I was going to put in an outside order.

What’s your favorite item from Pampered Chef?

A friend of mine became a consultant and convinced me that Pampered Chef products were just awesome. I ended up buying quite a few (what I thought were going to be) handy kitchen gadgets and some stoneware, and to make a long story short, was very disappointed in just about every one. The Stoneware is the only stuff I don't have any complaints about but I wouldn't rave about them either.

After my experience with The Pampered Chef, I have come to a conclusion – one word – OVERRATED! I'm just wondering what other people honestly think about The Pampered Chef?

The recipe I am looking for calls for apples and German chocolate frosting. I know it's not alot to go on, but I cant rememver any other ingredients standing out. It is a pampered chef recipe. The recipe calls for using the Pampered Chef Flan Pan. It was a wonderful dessert and I cant find it anywhere.

I am fixing a whole chicken in a pampered chef rectangular baker and i have never done this before so im looking for someone to tell me just how i would go about this.

I am looking to replicate the Pampered Chef cinnamon sprinkles, ideally in a larger batch than 6 ounces. Any help would be much appreciated!

I am having a pampered chef party and want to order a cookbook. Of all the cookbooks which is your favorite?

My stupid fiancee put my Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker in the dishwasher before I even got to use it myself!! Because it is stoneware, you can't put it in the dishwasher or even use soap on it!! What will happen now that it has been washed?

I've already had a pampered chef party and I don't want to have a toy party. I was looking for other types of parties to have my friends come over and have a little fun.

This recipe was found in a Pampered Chef catalog a few years ago. I think it was displayed with the cooling racks.

I had a really good meal at a pampered chef party and can't seem to find the recipe, or even the book it is in, online because I don't even remember the name. It is a skillet meal that has the following ingredients: corn tortillas, chicken (precooked or canned I think), chorizo and pepper jack cheese. Does anyone have this recipe or know where I can find it?

I am trying to find the recipe for a vegetable pizza that used to be made at Pampered Chef parties about 3 years ago or so. It involved a packaged pizza crust, zucchini, shredded cheese and some other ingredients. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it! THANKS :)
