I workout 4-5x a week. Weight lifting, running, stairs and/or swimming. I eat healthy about 50% to 75% of the time. I dont feel the benefits of working out like I think I should, as much as I workout. It is very difficult for me to eat healthy all the time but I dont eat hardly any fried food or fast food. As far as supplements, I only drink protien shakes. I have heard of Mona Vie and stuff like that. I am looking for the "WOW" supplement that gives you energy, antioxidants, all that good stuff. I feel like I am dragging more than I should. Any advice?

My dad 68 got a bottle and said it helped his arthritis in his legs and overall her feels much better, but he is on SSI and can afford the pricey a bottle. Is there anything that is similar, maybe at GNC, or a local health food store.

I think that they take pretty good care of the pups,but it seems as though they are rapidly becoming "outside dogs," and the female puppy already had to have surgery after swallowing one of the kids’ toys.The male is going to be huge,and I think that they need to start taking those pups to obedience class so the kids will be able to handle them.But really,I think that they should have gotten an easier – going breed for the kids,like Goldens or Labs or even two nice mutts. What do you think,and what do you think of the pups? They look pretty nice,at least they don’t have those horrific roach backs. Still,two GSDs for first time dog owners with 8 kids – I think it was a mistake.

shelterpuppies – I was hoping that they would get their puppies from a shelter,too. And yes,Kate is just too much of a neat freak and the puppies seem to be spending most of their time outside.I have not seen any doghouses for them,either,and it is still cold in Pennsylvania.Maybe they let them sleep inside when it is very cold or wet out. But being outside most of the time,they WILL bond to each other.They need to spend some one -on-one time with each puppy.One thing that is good is that apparently the kids are responsible for feeding the dog,which at least makes them a little assertive over them,but the male is going to be huge,and when he becomes a "teenager," there may be some challenges. I hope they have done their homework and can anticipate this. Maybe they should call on Victoria Stillwell! That would make some show! And I agree that GSDs are wonderful dogs,but they do need a lot of socialization and training. I too,hope that the dogs will be spayed and neutered.

I know that they all do different things. But the majority of these companies pretty much follow the same concept in business. A friend of mine is trying to get me to go to a meeting of his company but it sounds similar to World Financial Group, ACN, and Primerica. The way he approached me was the same way all the others did by asking question like "Where do you see yourself 20 years from now?" etc. I asked him if it was either and he said "No". It sounds too similar and I’m not interested but I would like to know all the companies that are similar to the three I mentioned above thanks.

And yes, by MLM I am talking about Amway/Quixtar, Ditto-Delivery, Britt World Wide. Through my own research, I’ve concluded that the answer is a qualified "no." Selling the products and being way down in someone else’s branch, no. If you’re willing to sell the dream to everyone you see and get them in your downline, then maybe yes. What do you think?

Hi. My name is Lauren Archer, my son Kevin and I lived in Midland , TN.

On October 2nd, 1999 I took my only son to McDonald’s for his 3rd

When he started whining later on, I asked him what was wrong, he pointed
to the back of his pull-up and simply said "Mommy, it hurts.

Upon investigating, it seemed as if there was something like a

I made an appointment to see the doctor the
next day, but soon he started vomiting and shaking, then his eyes
rolled back into his head. From there, we went to the emergency room.

He died later that night.

It turned out that the welt on his buttock
was the tip of a hypodermic needle that had broken off inside.

The autopsy revealed that Kevin had died from a heroine overdose.

The next week, the police removed the balls from the ball pit.

There was
rotten food, several hypodermic needles: some full, some used;
knives, half-eaten candy, diapers, feces, and the stench of urine.

A little boy had been
playing in a ball pit @ a Burger King & started complaining of his
legs hurting. He later died too.

He was found to have snake bites

home on leave from Iraq i took my two daughters on a play date with
their three cousins, we went to Odessy 1 in Tacoma, not long after we

to call the health department before the even tried to address the

I used to have really bad acne, i picked on my face from the itch, now im left with red blemish pinched scars, can products form melaleuca "ZAP IT" really work, or does anyone know of any other products that can make the acne aftermath disappear? I really want clear skin if not flawless!

Okay…my mother is taking the infamous Mona Vie (sp?), because my half sister claims it will cure her of all her ills (because it did just that for her neck pain, apparently.) So my mom has been taking about 3 "shot glass" servings (it comes out to the appropriate ounces) one to two times a day, as my sister told her. And while my mom claims it is helping with the numbness in her foot, she is also claiming that it is counteracting the affect of her pain medications for her back pain – a generic version of Tramadol.

Now, my mom is pretty good at coming to dramatic conclusions about something or other, but I can’t feel her pain, or know if her pain has increased over the few weeks she has been taking Mona Vie, so I’m not about to jump to the conclusion that it’s all in her head. I would like to know if anyone has heard or knows that a natural juice product, such as Mona Vie, has the ability to dull the effects of certain pain medications? Thanks in advance.

I’m broke and have no job……..I worked in a mailroom for an insurance business. We would basicaly mail "leads" for agents across the nation. Well after enough agents were signed and "underneath" our company my boss just decided to close the mailroom and just make residual income from the agents, leaving me with no job. Odd thing happend, he called me back and said that instead of selling the Pitney Bowes Series 8 inserter machine he would just give it to me and sign the contract over to me. The machine is paid off and still has warranty and mechanic assistance. Is there anything I can do? Maybe open a mailroom for another insurance company? Or do mass mailing for the public? I’m also considering Pitney Bowes training for a couple months to help me better understand the machine for myself. Any suggestions? Anything will help. Thanks

I love to travel; to hop in a car & hit the open road; however, not all "touristy" spots are easily accessed. Tthere are high cliffs, steep roads, high-winding roads, floating bridges, etc.

Does anyone have a great reference for trip planning? I have looked at 3-D maps, and those give one a general idea, but not the complete details for particualr highways, etc.

I have tried to search for blogs on other’s road-trips to similiar destinations, but often the type of roads are not mentioned.

I have come into a extremely wonderful opportunity of a multi level type of business. It hasnt been launched yet but I have faith that it will be great.
